What makes The Constant different from other Indian skincare brands?
A short ingredient list, modern actives in barrier-safe percentages, and every claim tied to a study, in-vivo endpoint, or supplier dossier. Restraint over hype.
Can I layer your serum with retinoids?
Yes, but on alternate evenings rather than the same evening. Allow the serum to absorb before applying retinol. Always finish with sunscreen the next morning when using either active.
Are the formulas fragrance-free?
Yes. No added fragrance, no masking essential oils. The faint scent you may notice comes from the actives themselves.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are formulated and manufactured in India, in facilities licensed under the Cosmetics Rules 2020.
Routine & application
When will I see results?
Expect visible clarity in 2–4 weeks of consistent use, twice daily where directed. Skin renewal takes time, results are measured in cycles, not days.
Can I use these products if I have sensitive skin?
Patch-test before regular use. Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm for 48 hours. If you experience irritation, discontinue and consult a dermatologist.
Do I need to use sunscreen with the serum?
Yes, every morning. Acids and exfoliating actives increase photosensitivity. Pair the serum with broad-spectrum SPF 50+, preferably ours.
How much product should I use?
Two to three drops of serum for the whole face. For sunscreen, two finger-lengths, the protective dose. Less is not better here.

Where do you ship?
Across India only at launch. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Non-metro: 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1,499. A flat ₹49 applies below that.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major UPI apps, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. All orders are prepaid.
Returns & concerns
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Unopened products, and items damaged on arrival, are eligible. For hygiene safety, opened skincare cannot be returned.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email care@theconstantbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
How do I report a reaction?
Discontinue use, consult a dermatologist, and email care@theconstantbeauty.com with photos and details. We take adverse events seriously and document every report.
How do I track or modify my order?
Log in to your account to view orders. Modifications are only possible before dispatch, contact care@theconstantbeauty.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
