Data we collect
When you place an order, sign up, or write to us, we collect: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, and basic browsing data on this site (pages viewed, items added to cart).
We do not collect health data, biometric data, or sensitive personal data beyond what is required to fulfil your order.
How we use it
To fulfil your order, communicate about it, respond to your questions, improve products and the storefront, and comply with applicable Indian law.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train external AI systems.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (Razorpay) to authorise your transaction. Courier partners engaged at dispatch to deliver your order. Our email service provider (Brevo) to send order confirmations and the optional newsletter you have subscribed to.
Each of these is bound by their own DPDP-compliant processing terms. None receive data beyond what their function requires.
Retention
Order data is retained for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently 8 years). Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter subscription is held until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure, ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdrawal of consent, withdraw consent for processing where the basis is consent, such as newsletter or marketing.
- Grievance redressal, raise a complaint with our grievance officer, contact below.
