Shipping
We ship across India and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 business days; non-metro and remote pin codes in 5–7 business days.
Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1,499. A flat ₹49 applies below that. All orders are prepaid.
Tracking is shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also view dispatch status in your account.
Returns
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Unopened products, and items damaged on arrival, are eligible.
For hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned. This applies to all skincare regardless of brand and is industry standard for category-3 cosmetics.
To initiate a return, email care@theconstantbeauty.com with your order ID and reason. We arrange the pickup at no cost.
Unshipped orders can be cancelled by writing to care@theconstantbeauty.com within 2 hours of placing them; once dispatched, the order falls under this returns policy.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If a returned item fails inspection, for example, it arrives opened, used, or without its tamper seal despite being returned as unopened, no refund is issued and the item is shipped back to you.
Damaged in transit
Report damaged or tampered packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of the parcel and product to care@theconstantbeauty.com along with your order ID.
We replace damaged units at no cost. Reports older than 48 hours from delivery cannot be processed as damage-in-transit claims.
