By placing an order on theconstantbeauty.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Pricing & taxes
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate.
Prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout, and which is confirmed on your order, is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment authorisation succeeds and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for instance, in the event of suspected fraud or pricing errors, and to refund the amount paid.
You may cancel an unshipped order by writing to care@theconstantbeauty.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once shipped, the order falls under our Returns policy.
Authenticity guarantee
Every product sold on theconstantbeauty.com is dispatched directly from us. We do not authorise any third-party seller. Products purchased outside our channels carry no authenticity or efficacy guarantee from us.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, text, photography, formulations, brand marks, the dossier, the standard, is the property of The Constant and protected under Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part without written permission, except for short quotations with attribution.
Limitation of liability
Our products are cosmetics, not pharmaceuticals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always patch-test before use. Discontinue and consult a dermatologist if irritation occurs.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
Disputes
We ask that you first write to care@theconstantbeauty.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, you may escalate per the jurisdiction above.
